Rob brings over 20 years of experience across UK, IB, and international schools, working from Pre-K through Grade 12, alongside whole-school senior leadership roles.
A specialist in assessment and data, he helps educators turn student work into actionable insight without losing the human story. Rob designs master timetables and optimises school systems, including SIS and LMS platforms, to reduce friction and free teachers to focus on what matters most. He is also passionate about developing data literacy across schools, mentoring colleagues to use evidence with confidence and care.
Alongside this, Rob supports schools through a range of school improvement projects, always building systems that serve learning, not the other way around.
