Nora Elkady

Nora is an experienced International Baccalaureate educator and school leader with over 15 years of experience across the MYP, DP, and CP. She currently serves as Deputy Head of Secondary and DP/CP Coordinator at GEMS World Academy – Abu Dhabi, where she played a key role in the successful authorisation of the MYP, DP, and CP, helping establish the school as a three-programme IB World School.

As an active member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN), Nora serves as an IB Consultant, Verification Team Leader, Workshop Leader, and MYP eAssessment Examiner, contributing to the growth and quality of IB programmes across the world.

Her expertise includes IB authorisation, programme development, leadership coaching, quality assurance, and building authentic IB cultures. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, mentoring educators, and creating learning environments where students remain at the centre of every decision.
