Erika Elkady

Erika brings over three decades of experience in international education, including 16 years serving as Head of Secondary in IB schools across the UAE. An active member of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network (IBEN) since 2005, she has contributed to the IB community through a variety of roles, including Programme Leader, Evaluation Leader, Field Representative, Workshop Leader, and consultant.

Throughout her career, Erika has been committed to strengthening school quality, supporting effective programme implementation, and mentoring educational leaders and teachers. Alongside her extensive experience in IB education, she is a passionate advocate for character education and student wellbeing, recognising both as essential foundations for thriving learning communities and lifelong success.
