Ross Moore

Ross brings over 15 years of international teaching and leadership experience across the UK, Spain, the UAE, and Australia. Having worked across British, American, Australian, and IB schools, he brings a broad international perspective to teaching, learning, and school leadership.

His particular passion lies within the pastoral domain, with a focus on student experience, wellbeing, and safeguarding. Ross is committed to creating inclusive learning environments where intercultural understanding, respect, and the skills needed for success in the 21st century can flourish.

Holding an NPQH, an MA in Educational Leadership and Management, a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status, and a BA (Hons) in Physical Education with Education Studies, Ross combines strong academic preparation with extensive international experience.
