Iman Ragab

With nearly 20 years of experience across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, Iman has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Head of Secondary, Diploma Programme Coordinator, Middle Years Programme Coordinator, Extended Essay Coordinator, and Career Advisor. Her experience spans the full educational journey, from curriculum and assessment to leadership development and school improvement.

As an active IBEN member since 2014, Iman has served in a variety of international roles, including Evaluation Leader, Programme Leader, Workshop Leader, Authorization Consultant, School Visit Team Leader, and Online Facilitator. She also serves as the MYP Representative for the Saudi International Baccalaureate Association (SIBA).

Her areas of expertise include curriculum design, inquiry and concept-based learning, strategic planning, assessment, professional learning, AI in education, Arabic curriculum integration, and educational leadership, always with a strong focus on creating coherent, future-ready learning experiences.
